1/. Do you require a minimum rental? Yes. A minimum rental of six (6) centerpieces is required. You can choose between ostrich feather and LED branch centerpieces or even both kinds (3 ostrich feather centerpieces and 3 LED Branch centerpieces, for example).

 

2/. Do I need to rent the complete centerpiece? No, you don't have to. Please let us know what you would like us to exclude and we can adjust the pricing for you.

 

3/. What is the order process? It's very simple and no paper is involved. You fill out the order form, we then give you the final price quote and a contract. After receiving the deposit from you, we will see you at your event at least 2 hours before the event starts. The remaining balance can be paid on or one week after your event date.

 

4/. What do you accept for payments? PayPal and check.

 

5/. Can I see the centerpiece before I rent it? Of course. We can send you some pictures or videos. Please just let us know.

 

6/. How early do you come to set up? We will come at least 2 hours before the event starts.

 

7/. Is travel fee included? It depends. We deliver up to 50 miles from 75088 zip code at no charge. Otherwise,  an additional $0.49 per mile (only one way) based on Google Maps will apply.
